Imprint Methods

The Right Imprint Makes Your Brand Stand Out

Successful imprinting is at the heart of effective promotional products. Choosing the right decoration method depends on your artwork and the product's material, surface, imprint size, color requirements, and level of detail.

Our goal is simple: to deliver a clean, accurate, and durable imprint that brings your brand to life.

How We Choose the Right Imprint Method

Every product and every logo is different. Before production, our team evaluates several key factors to determine the most suitable decoration method:

Material & Surface
Fabric, silicone, plastic, metal, glass, paper, leather, wood, and other specialty materials may require different printing or decoration techniques.

Logo Size & Detail
Fine lines, small text, intricate artwork, halftones, and gradients can affect which imprint method produces the best result.

Color Requirements
We consider whether your artwork requires solid spot colors, Pantone® (PMS) color matching, gradients, or full-color reproduction.

Durability & Finish
Depending on the product and its intended use, we consider scratch resistance, wash resistance, outdoor durability, texture, and overall appearance.

Budget & Timeline
Setup costs, number of imprint colors, production quantity, and turnaround time are also considered when recommending an imprint method.

Common Imprint Methods

Artwork & Proofing

For the best production results, we recommend providing vector artwork in AI, EPS, or editable PDF format, with fonts converted to outlines and Pantone® (PMS) color references specified whenever applicable.

Before production, our art team will prepare an e-proof showing the proposed imprint size, position, and colors.

If the requested imprint method is not ideal for the selected product or artwork, our team can recommend an alternative method to achieve a better result.

Pre-Production Sample

For projects where exact color, placement, finish, or overall appearance is critical, we recommend producing a Pre-Production Sample (PPS) before mass production.

The sample allows you to review the actual product, material, imprint color, position, size, and finish before the full production run begins.

Once the sample is approved, we proceed with mass production according to the approved specifications.

Quality & Consistency

Throughout production, we monitor key imprinting standards including color accuracy, registration, imprint position, size, and overall finish.

Our objective is to maintain consistent branding across the entire production run and ensure that the finished products meet the approved artwork and production specifications.
